If you choose to move forward with our quotation, we'll need a 50% deposit to confirm your order. This enables us to acquire the required materials for your project.

Manufacturing

After the deposit is confirmed, our next step is to commence the manufacturing process, and we will keep you informed about the progress, including providing an estimated handover date.

Final Payment

After the manufacturing is complete, our team will reach out to you to arrange the final payment, which will secure your installation booking. Once the final payment is confirmed, we will schedule an installer and notify you of the installation date.

Installation

Now that your dream project is a reality, we extend a warm invitation to walk you through and demonstrate how to operate your new product. This allows both you and our installer to ensure everyone is satisfied with the final outcome. You're now fully prepared to relish your new window furnishings!
