All we need from you is the desired track width, and we'll take care of the rest to ensure your chosen curtains fit perfectly!
To ensure hassle-free installation, it's important to measure your window correctly. You'll need a metal tape measure, pencil, paper, and if necessary, a sturdy step ladder to reach high places. Depending on the size of your window and the available clearance on either side of it, we recommend ordering a track that is slightly wider than the window recess. This will prevent the curtain stack from covering too much of the glass when drawn open. On average, the stacking for any curtain we make is 30% of the total width.
To achieve this, we recommend adding at least 150mm (up to 300mm) to the track measurement on each side of the window recess. If you're unable to add this extra width due to limited clearance, feel free to contact us to discuss the best solution for your space. Once you've taken these factors into account, measure the exact width of your required track in millimetres and record this measurement for your order.
Next, measure the distance from where you want the top of the track to start down to where you would like the bottom of the curtain to finish. For face-fixed curtains, we recommend measuring from the uppermost point where you would like the track to be fitted to the wall down to the floor, we will make a standard deduction for it once we receive your order. length.: If you are required to install the track the length should cover the window completely plus extra length to allow for the curtain stacking when opened. We recommend the stacking be sitting against the wall and not the glass.
Height: Measure where you want the top of the product to start, down to where you would like the bottom of the curtain to finish. Please check the image provided to assist you.
