GENERAL INFORMATION
Luxworld would like you to be happy with the purchases that you make. As a consumer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.

All returns must be received within 7 days of the purchase date.
Gift cards cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.
If you claim a free gift/s with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift/s must also be returned

Refund Policy:
• We extend a 7-day refund policy for our physical products. Should your purchase fail to meet your satisfaction, kindly reach out to us within this period to initiate a refund. To qualify, the product must be returned in its original condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs or labor expenses associated with uninstalling the window furnishing product from your existing window.
• In the event of a product quality issue, our primary solution is to replace the fabric / shutter with an alternative from our inventory within a similar price range. If, for any reason, this option is not feasible, we will proceed to offer a refund for the specific item. Please note that any discounts applied to the item will be deducted from the refund amount. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and resolving any quality concerns promptly.


Cancellation Policy:
• After the deposit is confirmed and the manufacturing process has commenced, should a customer wish to cancel the order, Luxworld will deduct 30% of the total amount and promptly refund the remaining balance within 7 days. We strive to accommodate cancellation requests while accounting for incurred costs during the initial stages of production.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation:

For refund or cancellation requests, kindly reach out to our customer support team via email at orders@luxworld.net.au or by calling (08) 61132462. When contacting us, please provide your order number along with details explaining the reason for your refund or cancellation request.

Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7 days upon the receipt of the returned product or upon the approval of the refund request.

Amendments to the Policy:

We retain the right to amend this refund/cancellation policy at any time. All modifications will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
