Integrated flange approximately 4.5mm wide supports the plasterboard edge.

Pre-Drilled Fixing

Countersunk fixing points are positioned approximately every 150mm.

LUXWORLD supplies continuous lengths up to approximately 5.8m.

Runner Loading

An optional capped loading slot allows runners to be installed after plastering and painting.

General Wall Clearance

Allow approximately 40mm for standard curtains and approximately 60mm for S-Wave, subject to the final curtain specification.

Double Track Planning

Allow approximately 120mm for standard plus S-Wave and around 140mm for two S-Wave layers, subject to site conditions.

What ceiling preparation is required?

The builder should form a straight, parallel 14mm recess and provide suitable continuous timber support above the full track position before plasterboard finishing.

Can Series 70 be used for S-Wave curtains?

Yes. Series 70 supports S-Wave and conventional headings when the correct runners, wall clearances and curtain spacing are allowed.

Can Series 70 be bent?

Yes. Degree bends and selected continuous curves are available with an approximate minimum radius of 150mm, subject to manufacturing assessment.
